Maggie Simon

Maggie is an attorney with American Title Company of New Iberia, LLC. Maggie graduated from Louisiana State University (B.S. Finance 1987) and Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans (J.D. 1990). Upon graduation from Loyola Law School, Maggie clerked for Associate Justice, Harry T. Lemmon, on the Louisiana Supreme Court. Maggie has been a practicing real estate lawyer since 1992 in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions and general business transactions.

Maggie was a founding member of Associated Real Estate Professionals of Iberia Parish Incorporated (AREPIPI). In addition to AREPIPI, she is also an active member of Inns on the Teche and the Louisiana State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana State Courts and the Western District of Louisiana.

Maggie is married to Rene Simon and they have four children: Aimee, James, Rene “Paul”, and Grace.
